Our Presence

We are present in South and North 24 Parganas. In South 24 Pargans we work in Gosaba Block. In North 24 Parganas we work Sandeshkhali-I & II, Hingalgang, Hasnabad, Minakahn, and Haroa (6 Block). Our catchment area spreads over 53 gram panchayats, 234 Villages, 24 islands of Sundarbans Surrounded by 19 Rivers. Indian Sundarbans Delta has a population of 1.2 million people. About 44% of the population lives below poverty line. Cultivation and fishery constitute the mainstay of the population of the area. Inhabitants are poor with a high concentration of landless labourers, and marginal farmers. Artisans, micro traders and vendors belonging to the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other minority communities.
