Joygopalpur Youth Development Center (JYDC)
We are a democratic institution Therefore we believe common people constitute the highest authority of the organization. Every year we have a general poll to select a nine-member executive committee for one year tenure. The elected members thereby elect amongst themselves for posts of the president, vice president, secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and other Executive Members.
Operational management is overseen by the Executive which takes policy decisions and Secretary converts those decisions to action with the help of key staff entrusted with various responsibilities.
Field executives act as an interface between the grassroots beneficiaries and policy-making authority. However, it is worth mentioning that, the SHG organization of the poor are the ultimate fulcrum of all activities of JYDC.
The organization is headed by the Secretary and is administratively divided into four parts as below:
Headed by the Treasurer, Accounts section has the accountant and office Assistants as chief functionaries.
A computer Analyst is assisted by lower ranking executives.
One of the most vital arms of any social Sectoral organization is the project Section. Every Project has a multitier executive system. Headed by the project coordinator, project Supervisor make sure field workers report to them. Last in the tier are the SHG women members and Artisans.
