Independence Day
Every 15th of August, we commemorate Independence Day with great reverence. Our President hoists the national flag at our premises, where members and little children unite in singing the national anthem. We arrange music and dance programs, with local children participating enthusiastically. This day is a crucial reminder of our nation’s independence, imparting its significance to the young minds who eagerly embrace the spirit of patriotism.

Republic Day
Annually on January 26th, Republic Day is observed at our trust, commemorating the enactment of our constitution. The day resonates with unity and harmony, highlighted through flag hoisting, cultural events for children, and joyful distributions of chocolates and cakes, fostering a sense of community and celebration.

World Environment Day
Every 5th of June, we passionately celebrate World Environment Day. Engaging in numerous programs, we strive to raise awareness about environmental protection. Our initiatives include cleanliness campaigns, tree plantation drives, and community distribution programs. Together, we emphasize the crucial need to safeguard our environment, fostering a collective responsibility for a sustainable and greener future. Join us in making a positive impact

International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is also observed on 8th March at our JYDC. We joyously celebrate this day with our female Self-Help Group members. Through campaigns, we strive to empower and educate women, promoting self-reliance and independence. The day is a dedicated effort to uplift the women community, fostering their growth and autonomy. Together, we champion gender equality, recognizing the invaluable contributions of women and advocating for a future where every woman is self-sufficient and empowered.

Vivekananda Jayanti
We at Joygopalpur Youth Development Centre celebrate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the greatest spiritual leader of our country. On every 12th of January, we conduct a program in which we commemorate the contribution of Swamiji by paying tribute to him. This day is marked by his legacy and the significance of his teaching, and efforts to inspire youth. Come and join us in celebrating the legacy and principles of his life.
